I don't understand the difference let's say i pick a weight which I fail at say 4 reps or i pick a weight which i fail at 9 reps whats the difference if I increase reps either I will get stronger right
So recently I have been strength training like low reps but the issue is it's hard on lower back and joints + cns fatigue cause everyday u have to spend 2 hrs at the gym and lift heavy asf which is taxing as a natural lifter
Let's say if I do the training with 8-12 rep ranges why is it not beneficial, imo strength training is good but very high chances of injury as it's taxing on body and naturally body takes time to heal overtime the small issues creep up
I have now changed my program to do 8-12 rep ranges still pushing to failure
