Is it easy for insects to get pussy?

the human female is picky. Pickier than any animal of any species.

I wonder though, if females in the insect species are picky. All ants look the same so why do some ants get the girl but others don’t? They’re the same size for the most part.

With humans it’s bad because not only are you judge on your looks, but personality, social status, money, etc.

Animals only judge on dominance.

So my question is, are there any insects who can’t get pussy, and if so, why?
