in a short amount of time?
 
depending on genetics. it won’t be for most of the population. It takes months to get thicker legs unless you are roiding and very disciplined with surplus calories and training

Very easy, dumbbell calf raises and Bulgarian split squats (weighted ofc)

noticeable after 3 weeks

btw, if it's your first time - and you can walk around the next morning you are not training hard enough - get 1-2 days rest.

easy? hard as fuck everyone wants to avoid leg day. without intense training, proper eating and sleep, it is impossible to grow big legs, but from all of this, intense training is the hardest part.

Short answer is no. Unless you roid, getting huge muscular legs is one of hardest things.

look at the pro bicycle riders, all they do is use leg muscles for the most part and while their legs are giga muscular, theyre usually not massive.

Just train them enough so they fit to your upper body

yes if you actually train (heavy squat/box squat/good mornings/sumo deads) and not just fk around. also the ppl itt who are complaining about having small legs while doing "a leg day" ie. training them once a week... that's why they aren't growing.
 
The easiest muscles to build to be honest. If you hit legs twice a week your legs will grow huge. This is like the starting strength meme where the dude does SS for a year and hes built like a fucking triangle. If you're a tall ectomorph you don't need big legs though tbh

Just squatting will give you huge legs just look at the SL/SS retards who end up looking like a T-REX.
 
I have no idea but my legs are literal beanpoles so I definitely need to work them as well
 
A calorie deficit isn't super anabolic btw
