Is it ethical to recommend OBO unless the IPD is really bad?

Have a client that's like HMTN but he has wide IPD not ideal but not bad. I just dont want to recommend such a risky procedure for someone that's already HMTN

No OBO is to risky

OBO is deep anatomical work, carries a high risk.
