I've seen a lot of post op results and they all came out really great not a single one even slightly botched

No, that's a bit of psl autism overdose, although certain ethnicities have it worse, of course.
And there are plenty of botched cases, but you have to take into account that usually people are willing to post their botches only when correction (or negotiations for it) failed and one needs to bring an attention to malpractice and such.

Most africans should not get lefort I's because they already have bimaxillary protrusion meaning they would look "dog-faced" rather they would either need a lefort II or some other procedure
