Had a terrible week last week, constant self-hatred, depression, hopelessness, suicidal ideation, social isolation.

Took me 6 pills of MDMA and 2grams of ketamine to drug myself into a 'reasonable' mindset again over the weekend where I reside now.

Regained some of my self-esteem now.

It's really hard to deal with especially when growing older seems like this untreated abuse grows proportionally alongside.

Only heal yourself through natural remedies because that is the only way to heal yourself. Go for a walk, go for a swim in a lake or ocean, sunbathe, relax in the shade, eat high quality organic animal foods, socialise, create something, garden...

Never take drugs ever.

Glad you're doing better. Child abuse is really hard to come back from. You need to start working on solving the root cause of the depression because the drugs are basically a bandaid on a gunshot wound.

Ideally, the time to have fixed the problems you received from child abuse would be before 25. Brain isn't as malleable anymore AKA it's harder to fix parts of your brain that were affected.

Although the good news is, that some people say the brain isn't fully developed until like 29. Don't stop trying to fix your issues.

The 'root cause' can't be solved anymore since it lays in my past. These are the memories of abuse, love I never had, rejection, safety I never had, etc.

I've been fighting depression for over a decade now and nothing ever made a difference.

Ideally, the time to have fixed the problems you received from child abuse would be before 25. Brain isn't as malleable anymore AKA it's harder to fix parts of your brain that were affected.

Although the good news is, that some people say the brain isn't fully developed until like 29. Don't stop trying to fix your issues.

The root cause can be still addressed. Everything is in our past. Therapy has worked for people that I've personally talked to. It's not just for foids.

I have abused dog syndrome that’s why I’m here. Personally the only thing that help me is playing guitar everyday

Slaying with women won’t help you even after you ascend, also LTR are dog shit women are absolute hoes for 90% of them

Stay away from drugs, start a new hobby like swimming in a club, you’ll make friends, go to the gym and learn some language or something. You will have a godlike body and frame thanks to swimming and gym, and a great social life. Then you’ll find some mtb who isn’t an attention whore and maybe you’ll get lucky
