Yes I have horribly gummy smile forgot to include i would want ccwr which could help with mandible.

Might be a little unrealistic but i think with good advancements ccwr and a genio my mandibular plane could definitely be effected

I will talk to my ortho and some of the surgeons my insurance covers but I highly doubt they will advance me more than the bare minimum.

Not true at all although it might not be perfectly straight after words it will 100% be straighter. As the reason my nose tilts so down is from lack of lower maxilla support

It looks like you have an underbite and not an overbite, very unusual. To me it looks like you need CCW rotation and lefort. I don't think that morph is realistic with just bimax, bimax won't fix your nose like that

Would assume you'd pay a little more than 3k if you're not bundling with jaw surgery but youd have to contact them and ask

If you wanna achieve those results you’re going to need do include a genio + rhino to be able to afford it if rameiri is a lot your best option is turkey. But travelling for djs isn’t recommended so see if you can atleast do the djs under insurance and the rest abroad ?!
