I have all the health reasons to be covered but i dont see it even being worth it if their just gonna under advance me. I want results like dr ramieri but there is 0 chance they would cover that right?

Yes I have horribly gummy smile forgot to include i would want ccwr which could help with mandible.

ok your morph is still unrealistic but I think you would have a slightly better improvement than I originally had in mind

Might be a little unrealistic but i think with good advancements ccwr and a genio my mandibular plane could definitely be effected

I will talk to my ortho and some of the surgeons my insurance covers but I highly doubt they will advance me more than the bare minimum.

Not true at all although it might not be perfectly straight after words it will 100% be straighter. As the reason my nose tilts so down is from lack of lower maxilla support
