Most ppl here don’t want to be massive but they do want to be healthy, lean, and cut. Roids can help in every way but there are tons of upsides to lifting that don’t involve aesthetics. Overall health bruh. If you don’t lift your bones become frail and your body become soft and lazy. I’d list just to keep my biological age down as my real age increases because lifting releases all kinds of healthy hormones for your body

I’d say only take roids if you've lifted for 4 months and ave completely shit genetics

If you have shit genetics you'll probably still look like shit with roids.
IMO everyone should follow this rule, you should only take roids if you're in one of those two categories:
- pro athlete (PEDs helping you to perform better)
- you make a living thanks to your looks (model, actor, fitness influencer)

Most of the time steroids will make you look much worse. Even if you have shit genetics*bones* you can still build muscles without looking like a bloated shit

Yes its worth it. You can get a lot of progress as a natty beginner. Just lift and eat on a caloric surplus

I believe it's better to take steroids when you have at least 1 year of consistent hard training experience, because it means you get to start after building your novice base and becoming intermediate, so you will look way better and you're less likely to waste a cycle by taking too many days off from the gym.

I have never managed to be consistent for an entire year so I know that even if I start steroids now, it won't give me the physique that I want because I won't be more consistent while on steroids. Also, I don't like needles, and I don't want to risk losing some of my hair.
Steroids can also make you look way older in the face so that can ruin your looks, good examples of that phenomenon are: Derek from MPMD (More Plates More Dates), Eddie Hall and Hafthor Bjornsson.

Also, the effects of steroids depend on your genetics, so you can't really predict whether you will look much better or if you will look worse after 1 cycle. Getting muscular is useful but the face is the most important thing in looks, so the goal should be to get muscular without ruining your face.

Also, most of the time, a lack of muscle gain is not caused by genetics but by mistakes in your training, diet, or recovery. When you fix everything, and manage to stay consistent over at least 1 year, you will see amazing results. Results that are good enough to please most women. Sure, bigger muscles, like bigger height, would make you more attractive but you must always weigh risk vs reward and decide if the reward is worth the risk.

No, studies show that it is impossible to put on any muscle when natty.

Lifting without roids is as stupid as doing your dishes without a dishwasher. Sure, some people may think it's the "right" way, but it's ultimately just a retarded waste of time and effort for no other reason than to please natty moralistists and AAS gate-keepers. Every argument against AAS from the get-go boils down to intangible nonsense. Even in this thread, at least two users have spouted unsubstantiated nonsense which no serious looksmaxer should ever accept without proof

Most injecetable synthetic testosterone steroids (test enanthate, tren etc.) will inhibit your collagen production by as much as 50% which means you will have collagen synthesis of a 60 yo elderly citizen and your skin will start getting wrinkles much faster. Since collagen is also important for your tendons (tendon strength is dependant on collagen) this is reason why a lot of bodybuilders have ruptured/broken tendons due to lifting (big weight + 60yo tendon strentgh = your tendon goes to shit). Not to mention acne, increased hairloss, bloated face. Its just not worth it, natty will give you lean and defined physique and unless you want to be mass monster or live from bodybuilding you will most likely regret taking roids.

Women like NT physiques. Which is low bodyfat, arms, shoulders, neck, abs. The second you get the bodybuilder look your appeal gets wrecked by a huge majority outside of gymskanks.

Never take roids.

I have above average genetics for gaining muscle and I was able to get a good sized chest and 17 inch arms after about 2 years of natural lifting. Some people can be hard gainers though and I would recommend they cycle some test or something after working out for some time. Don't get hooked on that stuff though.
