For around a year and a half now since the latter half of 10th grade I have been trying to slim down my face and get a jawline whether it be through intense cardio or light caloric deficits. It has worked but I don't know at what price. My cheeks have lost all of the fullness they once had and are extremely hollow to a point of it being able to push finger tip deep, I have also lost all fat under my hyoid and my jawline is visible at an angle. This week has been tough, ive been sad, I cant think and if I do think it's only about ascending or getting taller. I have been drinking tremendous amounts of vita coco and drinking liters of water, eating tremendous amounts of bananas and doing constant gua sha and jade roller and running 2 miles straight every day. I cant even recognize myself in the mirror anymore, im not sure if that's a good or bad thing. I've gotten more female attention and looks im not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Today I ate some candy and a bowl of lava, now there's a bowl of pasta in front of me and im contemplating on whether or not I should eat it. Am I even doing it right? Should I push through it?
