first of all, i will never use steroids, and probably neither sarms, i just want user’s opinion

im planning to go to the gym and start reta in september, i will use reta to lean down on 12% bf and then eat at maintenance

my problematic is : is it worth takings peptides, especially igf1 lr3 and cjc/ipa to build muscle or is too soon?

i have seen that takings peptides for muscle grow/gain when you still are in your “newbie gain” era is useless and you will just waist your newbie results with the compounds you have taken and the strategy will more be : train until you have no more newbie gains, start petpides

what is your opinion guys?

too soon, youll get hella gains at the start regardless of if ur taking peptides or not. after like a year or so just hop on sarms or pin test. but im not educated in peptides

what do you mean
Noobie gains is just amounts of muscle you can get quickly naturally and this just slows down later, if lets say you can gain 15lbs easily within a year and gear would get you 5lbs extra you would end up being 20lbs,its not like yiu would take that 5lbs from your nobie gains

But also if youre new dont take anything thats mainly used for strenth or that causes joint problems like winstrol, halo, anadrol, superdrol tren etc as you will probably end up injuring yourself even if your form is just very slightly of just take things like maybe test, deca, igf etc, cjc and ipa isnt really great when things like igf and hgh exists so go with igf

And reta is great so use that

it's not useless. You can accelerate the progress by a lot. It just doesn't make sense because you have no idea how to train intense, how to eat right, what foods can you digest in large quantities, etc. On top of that, you don't even know if you will like the gym or not. Imagine impairing your future hormonal health just to say "Nah, I don't like the gym all that much, I'm quitting" after 5 months of training.

like i said i wont take steroids or sarms because its too much for the results i want, but i will probably use igf1 lr3

but if igf1 lr3 promotes hyperplasia, isn’t it smart to use it while you still can have you newbie gains?

Yea igf lr3 is very good, you should buy it, helps wih almost any area of daily traning like sleep fat, loss and muscle gain

Just make sure to run a glp 1 with it tho like reta

first of all, i hate the gym and i won’t quit simply because i want to improve

then, if we assume that i train and eat the right way, taking igf1 lr3 while having newbie gains available is a good move knowing that hyperplasia while be improved, no?

did you take it? can you share your experience if so?

also i have seen that igf1 lr3 is better with slight caloric surplus, between 200-300kal, so why should i take reta while using it?

No but i have seen other people have very good results, in theory it should also be very good on top of that

You want to take reta to avoid insulin resistance while on it. Insulin resistanse gives some not nice effects and if youre unlucky and use a lot it can cause diabetes

So its vetter to use reta and force yourself to eat
