Is it fine to apply spf 30 only once in the morning to prevent hyperpigmentation from acne

no lol, depends on ur goals for exmp i wanted pretty pale skin so i would do spf50 every other hour (even insides) do it at least 3x a day w spf30-50

Depends where you live and the time of year. For summer reapply every 2 hours.

I live in Arizona but I’m not outside that much I read a thread saying that there are no studies that prove sunscreen losing its effectiveness after two hours or throughout the day after applying but idk I’m getting like mixed opinions on it

If you don't go out much in the sun then once a day is good. Just apply before you go out.
