Im hella skinny and wondering if hgh can help improve my looks. Hgh is my only option, im not mainly looking to use hgh for height growth as my growth plates are most likely closed but wondering if it could help improve my bone mass and frame, maybe help built more muscles.

eat more. not slop, healthy, normal food, and stay consistent with that. track calories, there’s tons of guides on how to calculate how much you need to add be in a healthy caloric surplus, stay in the gym, be consistent. hgh isn’t the move in your case

alr thanks, i know about needing to be in a surplus but i was just wondering if taking hgh would also help benefit during this process. one of my friends have is taking and have access to hgh and i will be able to get some if i wanted to so i was just curious if hgh would help since i read multiple forums of it helping with getting more bone mass and maybe getting a wider frame.
