It's been like this for a long time, and I even feel bad when someone conversates with me, as I don't really know what to say and I can't keep eye contact, making me feel as if they feel I don't value the talk.

By the way What I meant with the journal “hack” is not planning on what to say, but writing mostly how you imagine it. Describing your feelings etc. You don’t have have a starter pack for conversation. Eye contact is law

you don’t have to be flirtatious at first. Its easier to talk about something u share. Ofc first try with girls of your classroom as its easier and low effort. Cold approach gets intended all the time as a flirtatious event

First of all, I'm not "connected" in a way to people in my school let alone girls. It's like some kid who no one really knows tries to talk to you which is completely random. Second of all, I did try to start talking to this girl once, she was very dry and it was clear she didn't want to speak to me. There's this app called airbuds, not sure if it's well known but it's basically a social media for music where you see what others are listening to and you can react to it and message them and more. The girl added me back on that app after a while, and I saw her listening to a song I genuinely liked, so I reacted "like" to it, and after a few days she didn't respond, which isn't that bad, it was just a reaction, then I check a few days after and she fucking unadded me?? I genuinely don't know what to do, and if I try to speak to some girl in public what would I say and what would I ask for? Her tiktok or snapchat? And what do i do if i get rejected?

Ex. I was in America for example as an exchange student and knew this polish girl in my class. In class first Thing u talk about: the lesson. Low stakes, easy.
If you are in a disco you get more to the point, like complimenting her.

About the rejection: I don't exactly fear it but it makes me feel horrible, I don't want it to happen, every small bad thing replays in my head hundreds of times and the effect of it is amplified for me, I don't know why.

It’s good, I have my diary on the iPhone, that app yk. So I have written only 3 times. One was saying how I was watching Mirai Nikki and then my aunty came running and burst my door yelling there’s fire, which was true and almost ruined a good part of the land of our house. The second one is like a day after that, wrote for 3 days straight and then stoppped writing. Then later I wrote again explaining my feelings about the Sensei Guy vs Madara, the one in which Madara almost was killed and guy sensei was gonna die but Naruto rescued him. Then again the next one was some 2 or 3 more about the hang out of a friend or family of a friend after a very long time, +5 years. Nothing more, so yeah I wrote a lot sorry, in conclusion is it good if you like it. If you like something do it and if you stop liking it stop it.
