Almost every girl i have been with thinks/wants to be in a relationship but i just want to slay and shit. I do things that make i look like i want a relationship give cute compliments and ask how thier day was and how they are feeling, saying they have good music taste even if im lying. Should i go with a other approach to get girl?

I'd say to avoid this in the future make it clear you're not looking for anything serious as 95% of women, when they meet a guy they like, expect an LTR.
Women also tend to attach emotions to sex much more so than men and as a result, could get too attached to you if you both fuck.
So based on that, make it clear you don't want to be in a relationship with her.

(Also you're quite young, you've got a long way ahead of you. I'd just focus on self-improvement if I were you.)
