Is it gay to lose motivation when feeling uglier?

When I look subhuman instead of LTN I get really depressed and start eating goyslop while watching a series/videos/doomscrolling. If I can't see a better future for myself I lose all hope and motivation to even change and be "somebody" in life.

Is that gay? Is that something a man shouldn't experience? I hate feeling that way, but I can't build strong habits if my actions depend so much on my emotions

Could also be the result of negative feedback loops as a kid, kind of sad
