I mean when I was in middle school or highschool I made a female character in one of those games where you could build your own character. I made her so she had a fit body and dressed her in the skimpiest outfit possible. I played her just so I could find some water and make her swim then pause the game when her legs were spread just right so I could jerk off to it. That's about as far as I've ever come to playing a female character in a video game.

Oh wait. There was Tomb Raider which I played where there was no option to play a male character. Tomb Raider was good.
