Is it genuinely over? No fix for this? I have Nct so I want cantho and I have shit uee and sclera show so I want fat grafts but is there anything to actually make the eye look wider length

So the difference between ugly low pfl and okay low pfl is the pfl : pfh so just lower the pfh and compensate with lashes
Unless u have recessed frontal bone then its prob over
