So I need to lose weight a lot of it and I wanted to get retatrutide but my dumb ass thought that I could use cash because I'm based in the baltics js so yk and I can't really get it bc if I transfer my cash intoy card my mom will see that I bought the reta so I would probably get killed by my parents so can someone pls help with ts and I'm just right now trying to do anything to lose weight like appetite suppressants if anyone can tell me how to get those or in general lose my appetite I probably just said something very stupid idrk so anyone just give me some advice on ts

Drink lots of liquids (especially caffeine) and chew gum. It's what I do when I'm trying to starvemaxx. Either that or just go on a calorie deficit.
