I'm moderately recessed with a slight class II malocclusion. In 1 - 2 years I'm planning to get a slight Bimax of 4mm for both the upper and lower jaws along with a paranasal implant with it for the the upper midface projection, which would get me into a decent range. I found an article about on PubMed of two people have successfully done it already in 2024 or earlier, so I know it's at least possible.

I'm assuming by 2028 that Paranasal Implants will be decently safer also since they're getting more traction. Good idea or too risky.

I got mines with infraorbital malar implants canthoplasty and rhinoplasty recovery is easy but upper lip swelling lasts the longest they do a technique where they do double stitching so chances of infection is almost 0 get bimax if your bite and breathing is fucked and upper teeth are recessed paranasal implants if upper teeth are fine and only maxilla is flat

bone or carilage graft imo mogs the paranasal implant, speciifcally cartilage graft cause it acts similiarily to bone and gives the surgeon a lot of flexibility of filling in that area

I can't find a single case where they use it to graft the base of the nose, just the tip
