bad posture starts from feet and occlusion.

if you have a posterior tongue tie/open bite you are most likely to suffer from terrible lower back pain and a retruded maxilla, hence your posture will correlate.

This also goes for tongue posture. Mewing is only possible when you're in an ideal hormonal state, your tongue posture dictates your occlusion and hence the rest of your body posture.
