probably yes, but it should be largely temporary soreness,
unless you are already doing this level of exercise and is adapted properly, at that point it should be pretty harmless and beneficial.
maybe split it into 2* 1.5h sessions
and remember intense cardio exercise over long durations (>30mins) tend to be a looksmin over the long term as it puts your body in survival mode. a better way to lose weight is to just put less on your plate
