Im not starving myself atm I eat just under 1200 kcals which tbh isn't that bad. Im very strict with it as well everything is unprocessed and extremely simple. My macros are in check as well I get like 50 g Carbs - 150-200g Protein - 50g Fat.

If you decide on counting just install https://cronometer.com/ on your phone they have an app and its really easy to use, I have my Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all saved as presets and can just click em in when I count.I mean if I was to eat breakfast lunch and snacks I’d have to count, but just eating normal supper I won’t even reach 1500

I eat 1150kcals a day and have for the last month straight that's the secret. Was at 145lb now at about 120lb.
Went from 20% bf to 13.5%.

Yeah your probably right but its not a long term thing its quite easy to maintain as well because of stims (blunts hunger etc.). I do plan on increasing my calories soon once I am around 10-12% and then building my muscle back up.Not good tbh.

iirc his logic was like you lose more muscle per day than a normal defecit. But since the cutting period is shorter, you lose the same amount of muscle as a longer cut with a normal defecit just over a long period of time.Wtf. Hes basically the same height as me if I recall correctly or maybe slightly smaller. Thats a massive deficit.
