Just make sure to get a lot of electrolytes like sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium

i recommend pickle juice/2 calorie pickles or something similar + supplements. that is how u survive extreme starvation if not u will really feel like shit man trust me

I've been watching for the last month fatty just get started :ROFLMAO:. If you need any help with dieting dm me and I can take a look at your nutrients and what not and make sure your not stunting your growth or smth.

Im not starving myself atm I eat just under 1200 kcals which tbh isn't that bad. Im very strict with it as well everything is unprocessed and extremely simple. My macros are in check as well I get like 50 g Carbs - 150-200g Protein - 50g Fat.

Alright suit yourself. Gl getting sub 10% bf without counting calories. I've been counting my calories for the last month and dropped 7% bf (Probably super unhealthy but who cares, getting holes drilled in my skull and getting it split open in about 6-8 struts in my a few months that's probably unhealthier.).

Alright then you should lose fat really quick. If you decide on counting just install https://cronometer.com/ on your phone they have an app and its really easy to use, I have my Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all saved as presets and can just click em in when I count.

Usually, I eat the same thing every day tho so I don't need to use it as I know how many calories everything is in my head.

I eat 1150kcals a day and have for the last month straight that's the secret. Was at 145lb now at about 120lb.
Went from 20% bf to 13.5%.

Eat one meal a day. My face already leaner and less wide after 4 days of leanmaxxing. I do make sure to eat nutrient dense foods i dieted few years back and felt terrible because i ate low quality foods. Calorie quality matters litteraly easy mode rn

Heres what I ate today, a little too many calories today tbh but I cheated a little and had those Tortilla Wraps, and I didn't eat breakfast which (only about 100kcals but its very nutritious would have pushed me up to 200g of protein as well)

Trackcs all your Nuts and Mins. (Again looks shit today because I didnt eat properly and cheated with the wraps and didnt have breakfast).

Animal products like Meat,eggs,butter,salmon fruits like berries,banana,apple,watermelon
White rice also okay i also drink green tea plus only organic to avoid the chemical stuff. I never use oils only butter to cook my stuff.

Ok so if I ate 1 meal a day of eggs and chicken and a fruit, and drank water for whenever I felt hungry again, how much weight could I expect to lose in a month? I'm currently 6'2 and 170

That would be a big caloric deficit but you could lose like 20 pounds in a month depending on ur activity level. Im not weighing myself btw i know if im hungry im burning fat.

yea it's big but I feel that I can stick to it, and I'm motivated to because bloat is the one thing destroying my looks
I think if I added in some light exercise I could lose an extra 5 pounds

I like the broccoli and potatoes tbh why should I remove them? I still eat low enough carbs - under 50gs. I cook them in goose fat they taste very nice tbh adds a bit of flavour tbh.

I think 1200 is ok for your height, I cut at 1500 at 5’11

Yeah your probably right but its not a long term thing its quite easy to maintain as well because of stims (blunts hunger etc.). I do plan on increasing my calories soon once I am around 10-12% and then building my muscle back up.

This guy is a bodybuilder and does 1000 calorie fasts. He does PSMF diet though

Wtf. Hes basically the same height as me if I recall correctly or maybe slightly smaller. Thats a massive deficit.

iirc his logic was like you lose more muscle per day than a normal defecit. But since the cutting period is shorter, you lose the same amount of muscle as a longer cut with a normal defecit just over a long period of time.
