for me when i was choosing my surgeon for zygo implants it mattered which was partly the reason i went with Pagnoni.
I was lowkey paranoid a chopped PS would be less willing to give me BP movements, plus at that point I assumed all PS doctors were obsessed with looking good and if you look chopped, then you obviously don't care enough about your own looks or don't have a good aesthetic eye.
But at this point it would matter less to me because I since learned that in most countries, plastic surgery is the most competitive residency to get into
Yeah, the top of the class end up in PS due to the money that can be made while the glue-eaters are the ones doing cancer treatment and shit no one wants to do.
So with that in mind, how a plastic surgeon looks now barely matters to me and I'll be purely going off the expertise and history of results.
