Is it impossible for black ppl to have prominent hollow cheeks?

I notice even the ones who have very strong bones and high set prominent cheekbones don’t have that look other ethnicities have

Is it due to black ppl having much thicker skin in comparison to other ethnicities? Making facial angularity not as prominent?
