is it impossible for me to get a good side profile

i am downgrown plus low hyoids which is a literal death sentence. i’m getting my overbite fix i type this im going for invisalign but idk im looked fucked. still in puberty and getting a palate expander but i don’t think that helps to much but i do need help

do neck curls to train suprahyoids,try and give yourslef as many double chins as possible, also can do this:

try fast mouth opens, there was a study in 2018 iirc that showed opening mouth as fast and as wide then closing for a few seconds and repeating impoved side profile

you are taking good steps with pallate expander and fixing overbite

thanks a ton bro super helpful. just one follow up if that’s good. due to might really bad night alignment cuz of my overbite is that a reason for me having an overall bad jaw and under jaw? my chin is curved and i think thats because of my overbite in development. trying to get a straighter chin and also like you said work the suprahyoid. honestly i think what’s really fucking me the most is the overbite. if i can fix that within the next year ill be turning 17 and that will hopefully leave me a year or so left to grow correctly

uh, its hard to judge without pictures as im not exactly sure wghat you are saying, i dont think your chin shape will change drastically, i.e from curved to horizontal line, however body fat could effect it
