Is it impossible for me to get hollow cheeks?

Ive been struggling with a fat face for my entire life especially in the last year since ive just finished my 1 year bulk where i went from 60kg to 75kg. now im trying to cut down from 19%bf to 10%. I asked grok out of curiosity how i would look like if i cut now and went down to 8% bf. and this is the result.

notice how my angularity is still shit? jfl i lowkey look worse.

I also used to take furosemide 1.5 years ago while i was only 60kg to try to get hollowing and even tho i took 120mg i had little to no changes on my face.

im turning 17 in a month so i dont think there is much of bones there still can be grown for the rest of my life so ill guess ill have to stick to my round ass face for the rest of my life unless i get gonion+zygomatic implants or something. worst part is that both of my parent have extremely angular faces and im cooked for no reason.
can someone tell me what the reasons are my face cant be angular is it the cheekbone height/width or gonion width or which ratios have me dead?

gng Ai is not realistic your main issues are your acne and bad hair color and pale skin and shave that beard off maybe you coudl dye it and do a gotea but if your not dyeing it it has to go if you aqctualy get to sub 10% body fat anmd still dont have hollow cheeks js use aqulex

19% to 10% is leaps and bounds of difference you'll look significantly leaner. Just be patient.

I don’t think you’re robust enough to get them

Look into implants if it’s something you really want
