i used to be a retard and thought i could eat whatever i want as long as i kept it low in calories and i became a skinny fat faggot

just eat high amount of protein, counting calories is a pretty aspie trait anyway tbh

500 calories from protein is absorbed vastly different to 500 calories from fat. The type of food you're eating is extremely important. CICO is a load of shit and should never be followed. It's literally the application of thermodynamics to human metabolisms(doesnt take macros, absorptions or hormones into account). The way of measuring calories is extremely dumb as well. You measure calories by burning it in a vacuum tank and measuring the amount of smoke that comes out of it. The human body is not a vacuum tank. Physiology is far more important than food labels(which also have a 20 percent margin for error)
 
All that matters for losing weight is calories
