Black men?
I am not sure if it's because BM have been raised by a pack of wolves or not raised at all, but they really don't respect when BW have no interest in them. They truly find it unfathomable even in professional spaces.
I don't understand it. Most BW in corporate with SENSE don't want anything to do with them yet they will do any thing, even if it's for you to acknowledge that they exist, or for you to have a conversation with them because it would never happen in public.
I feel like I lose brain cells listening to the majority of them, and I do avoid them like the plague at work. It's usually just one of them with a degree or two who have managed to snag a low level job at the office and most of the time they are still pissed off because they are in a conquered environment by WM.
WM never cross boundaries, there are some that can be weirdos, but the normal ones know how to keep things strictly professional. BM not so.much, I have one trash bag that I pay no mind and he is steadily trying to compete and paint a derogatory picture of me to our department and they ignore him too.
He's a POS and just can't understand why I feed him dust. I don't even like working with BM on the job because they love to look down on women in the department but bow down to the men. I literally loathe looking at them even on zoom meetings.
The non Black men are respectful, confident, don't take digs at women, don't compete and the BM are just insecure and petty cry babies. It's like they never left high school or thrive off of attention.
I think the fact that the guy at my job is Casper to me pisses him off. I won't even entertain convos with BM unless I absolutely have to, and mind you I work in a remote environment and they still try it.
This one BM I have never met in life and he continues to make assumptions about me because he knows I think he's trash.
I have never had this issue with WM or Asian men in workplaces.
I wish White ppl would stop giving them sympathy jobs because wtf, who can work with them, and all of the mommas in here with thuns can groan the fcuk away.
