It depends on your frame. For instance take a 6 feet 2 guy and the other one being 6 feet 4, if the 6 feet 4 has a short clavicle and blocky waist and the other has wide clavicles and skinnier waist then the 6 feet 2 can still mog the 6 feet 4.
