My brain fog hasn't gone away since 4 years, is it perma brain damage or just confusion from weak eyesight and not wearing contacts
I can't see anything without having to squint, and can't focus without straining after 10 sec,
I got speech difficulty as well, plus can't remember or understand anything
,
Weak untreated eye sight can be the reason for brain fog

I am in the exact same predicament. I have myopia but do not wear corrective lenses. I cannot remember much from even half a day ago, have brain fog and occasionally, headaches. There is a high chance that these things are a result of myopia.

Yeah brother
We think its gonna recover, but it never does, tried nofap everything
Wasted my mid late teens thinking it's gonna go away some day
But it's most probably Untreated bad eye sight giving you headache and confusion,
Considering that i am on desktop and mobile screen most of the time

Longterm Lack of social interaction and also not working/studying can cause cognitive dissonance as well,
