It is possible to rate yourself tbh. You just have to make sure you get two types of biases out of the way:
1. the bias that makes you overrate yourself so you can be happier
2. the bias that makes you pick out all your flaws and you underrate yourself

I rate myself accordingly to what others have rated me (PSL 5-5.5 here and 6.5-7.25/10 IRL scale)
