Being in a LTR literally lowers your testosterone because your brain knows you wont have to compete for mates anymore, if you want to stay high T you need to be single and have ONS, FWBs

kind of yes i tried to forget abt girls and relationships at back then too but my t is really high now so i get the urge to go up to any pretty girl its pretty much biology and our body telling us its time to spread our seed and seek out the opposite gender and testosterone is the main factor of that
