Physically fit is subjective, some people look better leaner at lower body fat percentages and other people outright look like their on meth because the face can become super narrow due to a lot of weight loss (like under 10% body fat)

My question is simple, to be a chad is a physically fit body around 7 - 15% body fat range a "staple" [a general requirement] or no?
