Is it mandatory to take ancillaries for skin when on test only?

I have some acne and PIE as well as shitty texture. I plan to do a test only ( + hgh) blast at 600mg and then go down to a cruise. I can’t take accutane due to it interfering with a surgery in a few months. I will take tretinoin and niacinamide, but is that enough? Am I going to have to take ghk-cu? I’m worried about elastin loss and noticeable ageing as a result.

You can import it from india from pharma sources. I would just do taz and dut if I were you. Taz is good to run long term as it passively builds up collagen over time.
