By skinny fat I mean maybe 25%-30% body fat, like what you’re describing with the flattish but somewhat cushiony stomach. And this on a small frame. I like a more gracile look so petite, narrow framed, small skull. Those women will probably not end up fat. Women with more robust skeletons can have that thick appeal but they’re also a spurt of binge eating away from being obese.

I don’t know if gymcel girls are doing it for Chad, I think some people just get addicted to working out to the point of it not being about attractiveness anymore.
