i'm pretty sure hes started taking steroids recently and for the face leaness its pharma diuretics, he has recent videos where he talks about facial bloat and whatnot, which I think is caused by steroids

you also got videos of him where he doesn't look too good, like hes having a bad day or letting himself go a bit, looks a bit scruffy, which could be from shit like blasting tren if he does at all
