Is it normal for a younger sibling to stop growing taller first?

Hello guys I wanna ask this question because me and my younger brother have gotten an x-ray to find out if we can still grow taller and the doctor said that my younger brothers growth plates has closed while mine isn't, he is also 6'2 barefoot while I'm 5'10 also barefoot.

my mom had my three older brothers way earlier and they're all 6'2+, meanwhile I'm 6'0.6 and my other brother is 5'10(only one not above 6 foot, brutal)

I'm the 5'10 and older than my brother yet his taller than me already but my growth plates still isn't close tho while my brothers is closed

Depends on when you guys hit puberty aswell as other invisible genetic factors
