Is it normal for back and knees to hurt after wearing height inserts?

Almost instantly when I wear shoe lifts or cushioned shoes with slight elevation, i can get back flare up and feel it almost instantly, then when i go to walk in them after a while get knee pain. So brutal, im 5’10 just wanna be 6’0, but that pain that comes with it, makes me think it’s not worth it. Anything i can do to fix this issue? Been dealing with it for years. I’m 100% fine right now but gonna start wearing them soon and I know what’s coming and would like to prevent it somehow someway.

I’m 22 btw

I’m 5’11” we j gotta live with being under 6’0” but real shit you might still be growing if you have really bad pain. Don’t know your age tho so might not be growing still obv. I wouldn’t wear them if they bring too much discomfort into daily life

Post a pic of the foot inserts, it's most probably just foot posture you're not adapting to, theyre making your foot posture shitty somehow, which causes your back to try and compensate

Tbh i wear cushioned shoes much more than inserts. Like basic running shoes or whatever with not that big of a heel but decent size and i get this back and knee pain. Idk maybe it’s something where i have to constantly keep wearing them and my body will adapt but its very annoying dealing with these aches they hurt.

Yea probably just posture then since you’re 22. I would work on trying different postures and if that doesn’t work just don’t wear them and accept it you don’t want back problems this young:feelswhy:
