Is it normal for body proportions to change drastically during growth?

When I was younger I used to have really long legs compared to my short torso and now things have reversed (I also have short arms. I look weird when shirtless). To be fair, I still have 2-3 years of growth remaining; maybe it's not over yet? IDK.

If you are a late bloomer you may get an increase in leg length but I am not sure.
