my family is scandinavian, and i am white, blue eyes and light brown hair whereas my brother looks ethnic, he has dark hair, dark eyes, dark skin, he often gets mistaken for an immigrant. we both have taken a dna test and its says we are 100% match

another user @noonespecial had the same, his brother looked chinese even though he was norwegian and looked nothing alike.

Me too. I'm part Italian but I look Nordic asf, my brother on the other hand have curly/even black like hairs, with tanned skin and brown eyes.

But their genetic lineage is very inconsistent, and depending on how ethnic, they get worse and worse genetically

Not saying this is you as Scandis will likely have good genetics. Your variance is still good. It’s just that your brother inherited a lot of features from likely one of his ancestors
