Is it normal for dentist to refuse a palate expander if you have a narrow palate

Asked twice in check ups

1st time the dentist quite literally atantly lied to my face saying that i dont have a narrow palate

The other said i dont need a palate expander

My palate:

(2 teeth nex to both canines dont fit)

my smile: (brutal oral pill)

My lower jaw: (incase that also needs fixing)

So are my jaws narrow or not? What should I do since the dentists said that i dont need one?

Most dentists aren't gonna give you an expander unless you're legit deformed, an 8 tooth smile is nowehere near a narrow enough palate for them to consider that

I have a 10 teeth smile but 2 teeth dont fit into the rest as you can see with the circled teeth

Yea it’s narrow. Same shit happened to my, my palate is narrow and multiple orthodontists rejected me for a palate expander

They look crooked from positioning not really from a lack of space
You only get palate expander if your arch is deformed

Yes, it is normal, because dentists have a norm for how many teeth they should extract or put braces on monthly, but there is no norm for the rate of palate expanders, they will not be paid for it extra
