Yes it is normal, if you have around neutral tilt then picture from above will cause it to look more positive and from below to look more negative. If you want to see an example can google Jordan barrett, he is someone with very positive tilt, pictures from below make him look like he has closer to neutral tilt while from straight on it's very different & alien like.
