Is it normal for my face to be bloated after doing jaw exercises?

So basically I bite on these to train masseter muscles:

and for a few minutes after i'm done, my face looks really bloated before going back to normal. is this how my face will look with big masseters or is this just momentary bloat?

Basically if your masseters are high set, you have a short face, are fat or the combination of these 3 factors, a masseter pump will make you look bloated.

I know because I’ve experienced it, lean is life my friend.

When I clench my jaw my masseters give my jaw a square look.
