once every 3 nights with pea sized amount, i think it might be damaged skin barrier from just getting off accutane
you're supposed to wait after getting off accutane to use tretinoin bro 😭

like most derms say you have to wait over a month for your skin barrier to heal 😭
It's normal to feel a bit of stinging, yeah. You should ideally be starting off with 0.025% or so, 2x a week to get adjusted to it for the first time.

You should also be applying it at night as follows:
- Moisturizer
- Tretinoin on top
- Moisturizer on top again

And use SPF-50 every morning. Not to mention you should only be applying a pea-sized for your entire face.
