is it normal for my upper palate to start having cuts after thumbpulling?

my maxila is really malleable rn. im nearly 15. im trying to fix my maxilla to promote upward and forward growth. its working rn i can feel it moving and shifting after thumbpulling. ill do this every 30 mins of the rest of my life. my palatal expander awaits in a few months as well as braces.

will update in a few months. give me advice other than mewing and chewing hard foood. i did that.

That’s probably from your fingernails no? You seem to be doing everything you can forward growth right now, keep it up. If I had to give you any more advice I’d say never in some hard gum (falim,) basically like chewing a steak for 2 hours straight lol

yes the skin will become thicker overtime and it wont cut anymore

make sure to keep ur nails trimmed and u should be fine
