So my friend was telling me that whilst he was checking his ball sack for testicular cancer, he found that there were loads of bright blue veins running up and down.

All over the scrotum.

Felt kinda weird because my friend didn't do anything to get blood flowing etc.

Is this weird? Or a cause for concern? Asking for my friend.
