Is it normal for you to look like absolute shit simply because of a shitty sleep schedule

Or is it just cope. Can’t recognize myself in the mirror compared to when I was sleeping well
 
not sleeping properly degrades the looks of pretty much everyone relatively quickly, it's not cope, pretty normal.

You have more sunk in eyes, and dark under eye circles, reducing aesthetics. Their are creams for dark eye under circles which can mask the sleepy look, but you should still opt to get good sleep. Good sleep improves your gains, and maintains your energy throughout the day.

It is genetic though. Some people tend to have that sleepy look more so dark eye circle creams might be needed, while others they don't have that issue as long as they sleep well.

Not sleeping well fluctuates your androgen hormones, which is a surefire way to experience unpleasant things like acne

Yeah I already have a degree of dark circles anyway so it makes it 100x worse when I don’t sleep
