Is it normal for your bulbous nose to disappear over time as you get older?

I remember before puberty especially pre-13 y.o I had a round tip at the end of my nose with it being kinda fleshy as an ethnic. Gradually it has became slimmer over time and more bony. My nose looks Roman af now and heavy.

Is this normal?
