Is it normal for your jaw to move slightly to the side when you open and close it

its probably just asymmetrical and you are not low bodyfat enough to notice it while it moves

This happens to me, I think its tmj. my bodyfat is low enough to see noticeable asymmetry. do these exercises at least once a day and it should be fixed.
